Neopentane glycol diglycidyl ether (NPGDGE) is a low-viscosity, colorless transparent reactive diluent with excellent chemical stability and high reactivity. It has good compatibility with various epoxy resins and curing agents, effectively reducing system viscosity while enhancing the flexibility, toughness, mechanical strength, and durability of cured materials. Additionally, NPGDGE offers good alkali resistance and is suitable for treating cellulose and textiles, improving tensile strength and environmental resistance of fabrics.
Product Application:
Neopentane glycol diglycidyl ether widely used as:
- Good wet-keeping, low toxic.
- Epoxy resin active diluent, epoxy embedding material, casting material/adhesive, floor material, non-solvent coating, adhesives,
- Used as fibrin treating agent to enhance its flexible, toughness, chromaticity, anti-alkalescence.
- Used as textile treating agent of cotton or hemp or silk to enhance its tensile strength.
- Used in diluent and toughness improvement, winding-forming.
Dosage: In general, should be 10-30% of Epoxy Resin in weight. It contains epoxy group which can neutralize curing agent, so it is necessary to add the quantity of curing agent in course of using.
Usual Packing:
Packed in 20 kg/barrel or 200 kg/barrel, or 1000kgs/IBC container.
